How to Book an Appointment

GP Appointments

All GP appointments are booked via our “telephone first” system. Your initial appointment will be a telephone consultation with a GP who will arrange a time to see you in person if needed.

Our reception team will ask you to give them a brief summary of your problem, this is so that you are signposted to the correct service and helps the GP’s to prioritise their calls.

We also offer appointments through the Lambeth Federation GP Hub for our patients with both GP’s and Nurses. Appointments are available evenings and Saturdays. These appointments can be booked via our reception team subject to availability.

Ways to book

Nurses Appointments

Our nursing team offer a wide range of services including:

  • Smears
  • Childhood Immunisations

We do not provide travel vaccinations at the surgery. Please contact your local Pharmacy who may offer this service. You can find information regarding your travel health and vaccinations via the Fit for Travel website.

Appointments for our Nursing team & Clinical Pharmacist can be booked in advance through our reception team.

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)

You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.
