Clinics

Blood Tests

All blood tests need to be requested by a clinician who will provide a form. You will then need to book an appointment at Gracefield Gardens or Guys and St Thomas’s via the app.  If you are unable to use the app, please speak to our reception team who will be able to assist you.

Cervical Screening

You can book an appointment for your smear test with our Practice Nurse.

Child Health

Dr Ed Singleton holds a weekly clinic for babies 6 to 8 week checks only. These are booked by appointment only.

Community Child Health clinics are held at:

  • Clapham Manor Health Centre on Tuesdays 9:30am to 11:30am

You can book an appointment with our Practice Nurse for childhood immunisations by telephoning our reception team.

Contraceptive Advice

Confidential contraceptive advice is available, regardless of age, and is given by the practice nurse or GP’s. 

Emergency postcoital contraception is available, up to 120 hours after unprotected sex by hormonal methods, or 5 days by fitting IUCD (coil).

An appointment will always be made for you as necessary. We can refer for termination of pregnancy, where appropriate, regardless of age. We can also give details of specialist contraceptive services.

Mental Health

We are able to refer to community mental health services within the area. We also work closely with a number of services offering support and treatment for people with drug or alcohol problems, and now have a weekly specialist clinic on Wednesdays offering advice for any drug or alcohol problems. Ask at reception for an appointment.

NHS Health Checks

If you are aged between 40 to 74 and do not have a pre-existing health condition, you are eligible to have a NHS Health Check every 5 years. 

We will send you an invite and you can book an appointment with our Nursing Associate or Trainee Nursing Associate when you receive your invite.

Patients with Long Term Conditions

We offer annual reviews for our patients with long term conditions such as Heart Disease, Diabetes and Hypertension with a member of our nursing team. 

Patients with Asthma will be offered a review appointment with our Clinical Pharmacist.
